Here are more trays of peaches drying in the hot CA summer sun!Not sure if you can tell, but look how much the peaches shrink during the drying process. Look closely at the pics from the other day, of fresh trays and then click on these for a close up of how little they are after a few days! Wow!
All the trays from that were processed the day before have to be laid out each morning before they start the peach line up again each day.
A little time to play each morning at the playground before we go back to our house to do chores and some school work. And, before it gets too hot to enjoy being outside!
